Koko-Riko, the morning drama started as a joke in my head, that over-the-top energy some mornings have, when everything feels louder than it should. I wanted to paint a rooster that wasn’t just waking up the house, but making a whole scene about it.
The colors came out wild, unapologetic, and somehow, very him. This piece makes me smile every time I look at it, I hope it brings the same spark to your space too.
